The Board is what's being used for daily stand ups. It shows the user stories for the current sprint, along with their estimates. It also shows the task board view which contains all tasks in the current Sprint. This space represents the core of the Scrum process.
A theme describes a strategic pillar or objective that guides the work of the team through quarters. The objective is to keep track of the grand strategy to pursue throughout the year.
An epic is a large body of work that fit a single theme and can be broken down into a number of smaller user stories. It usually lasts weeks/moths and is hierarchically optional (use an epic only if needed, ie. “new website”).
Stories (or User Stories) are short requirements written from the perspective of the client or end user. User stories can be created by anyone in the company and represent the working deliverable output of the team. They are ranked by Team Owners using an ICE score (Impact, Confidence, Ease) and get regularly checked and updated during the Grooming sessions. During the Sprint Planning, the team estimates of how much time is needed to complete each user story. A story is measured in days and can always be completed during a sprint (otherwise it's an epic made of more underlying stories).
